Course board

What is stored, who sees it, when it is deleted

Purpose. A working tool for the two-day module "AI for Managers and Organizations" (ISM Executive Master's, 30–31 October 2026), run by the course lecturer. It replaces paper for the work you want to keep, and runs the live votes and the investment committee.

Who is responsible. The course lecturer, through the ISM programme team. The board runs on a virtual private server in the EU. Using it is part of the course exercises; you can do every exercise on paper instead.

What is stored. Your first name, your table, what you type into the cards, your votes and committee scores. No email, no surname, no password. The browser keeps a random key so you stay signed in; clearing site data signs you out.

Who sees it. Your Me tab: you and the lecturer. Your table's cards: everyone at your table and the lecturer; the lecturer asks the table before showing one of its cards on the projector for a debrief. Votes are shown on the projector as totals, and text answers without names (the lecturer can hide an answer before it is shown). Questions in the Ask tab are anonymous to the room and the projector; the lecturer sees your first name so they can follow up.

The MCP link. Your table's cards can be read by an AI assistant through your table's link. Anyone holding the link can read those cards (not your Me tab), so share it only with your table. The link cannot change anything. When someone connects it to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, the table's cards are sent to that person's AI provider under their account's terms: agree at the table before connecting.

Conference rule. Write only what you would say on a conference stage: no customer names, no personal data about others, no confidential numbers. Round them.

Deletion. Everything is deleted automatically on 30 November 2026 (UTC). Ask the lecturer if you want your entries deleted earlier. Exports and backups made during the course are deleted on the same date.
